Lay on the ground and look up behind the bumper, then when you see the brackets just look to see if they have been pushed or twisted over. Or take off the front bumper.
It's hard to tell, I would check the frame to be 100% sure. But, the bumper could be pushing the grille and headlights out, and pushing up on the hood. I'd have a look at the bumper brackets at least to see if they are bent.
