07-13, it's hard to tell the difference with out seeing the grille and even then there isn't much different. The truck really didn't change in 6 years, on the outside anyway.
Also the ambers on the drivers side were in the way of where the light sat, i had to run them through a hole in body and back around into the headlight, dont want to have to change those anytime soon.... sorry for the long write up just hope to help anyone else looking for help on these
... dark turning on the headlights past the DRL stop of the switch it adds the low beam to what is on. Not certain what to wire differently on mine to change when the halos are lite. You might have to consult the Mfgr.
