I finally got around to checking the starter - was going to take it it out and get it tested. Went to loosen the wire connections and the main one was already loose! tighten it up reconnected the battery - problem solved! I wish every problem was that easy to fix!

I emailed them and Mark said to clean the connections and reinstall and if I have any other issues to let him know. I tightened everything down again and it is a lot more solid. hope it holds.
