I leveled my 06 with a 3in rough country full leveling kit. Included keys, rear blocks, and shocks. Im running 295s with no problem. If I was you I would get the 3.5inch kit they sell.
I have 305/55/20 or 33X12.50 on mine with a 2" rough country leveling kit. They rubbed like a champ, I did the NorCal large fender mod, they never rub now
