So another front differential was installed and it makes even more noise than the previous two. I've been without the truck for over two weeks now. They are going to discuss where we go from here tomorrow.

Anyone have any ideas on what I should do?

I have to admit. I absolutely love my blackbear tune, but it can be tough to get in contact with them. That sucks when you have something hit on your mind to discuss with someone.

Always discuss with the dealer first as they will be able to tell you. The last thing you'd want to do is stick it in and it not work. Now as for a re-learn, ...

... pump may cavitate quite a bit There is only so many things in a basic cooling system (unless there's rear heat--separate from front). Definitely discuss this with a mechanic you trust.
