Re: too much trouble?

Have pics of your truck the way it sits? That would help during this discussion.

Re: Cold Air Kits and Throttle Body Spacers

Wow, good discussion. Thanks for the link chevyman. Don't know why autoanything has the dry mxp kit listed at such a high cfm rate over the oiled. I thought that was weird. Went against everything I know about filters. I always ...

Re: Is the 6.2 with M.T.P. more than I need?

Here's what we're gonna do here. I'm going to lock this thread. You guys were having a good discussion/debate, but you chose to get childish and start bashing the other guy because he doesn't share your opinion. That doesn't fly around here. Debate is great, flame is lame!

Re: What did you do to your rig today?

... of the power, the whole nine yards and then some. But again, this is just an idea that may or may not happen one day. I think a new topic on this discussion would be more appropriate for this conversation. Back on topic, what I did today, drove to work. Nothing special.

Re: Can brake rating be increased?

I appreciate your concern TR, but I don't want to get into that for this discussion. The brake system on my truck is the largest one shown in the RPO Code list. I would just like to know at this point in time if that can be increased with either OEM or aftermarket parts.

Re: Is the 6.2 with M.T.P. more than I need?

No sorry I'm far from angry. It called a discussion. You can't judge emotion by just reading off an internet forum. And you work at a GM Dealer and you think that gives you street cred? Lol! That's all the more reason not believe anything you ...

Re: When to do first oil change?

... mineral oil but i use full synthetic and i don't care who pays GM to put the dexos emblem on the oil jug. I think we should end this pointless discussion and get back to topic!

Re: Members starting theads which belong in blogs

... the computer. I went several weeks I think before I realized someone even posted a reply in one of my blogs. I just feel its way easier to have a discussion in the threads, And if people are posting stuff they've done in the blogs I only check maybe once a month when I've completely exhausted ...
