It was a easier than I was expecting thanks to this how to fourm. The replacment Harness fit perfect. It took me about an 1 1/2 hours and works great.

... thicker brass and they'd last the life of the vehicle. I did however take the advice of the guys here and tilt the bed. It does make it easier for sure. ... Hope this helps out the perspective buyer. I can say I love them so far and have had a lot of compliments. They make getting into the truck a lot easier for some one that is a little less mobile than the factory steps and look so much better when up and away..

ignition key lock cylinder

I have a 1994 GMC Silverado and my ignition key is pretty much worn out and its time for a new one is there anyone that could give some tips on how to get this done? I have read the Haynes Manual on how to do it just wondering if its easier than it looks.Thank you.

Re: Draining torque converter

For this I would go to a local shop that does transmission flushes. Some things are easier to have a shop do even though it may cost you some money. I would recommend Bg products.
