You probably are just rubbing plastic. A few minutes trimming plastic. Maybe zip tying the front of the wheel well back would help. I had to do this to fit my 325-60-20s on a 7.5" lift. Trimming isn't bad and you can't even notice unless you stick your head there.

I wasnt up at the shop when they mounted them but they told me it was hitting the front bumper. My 275's do stick out of the fender well because of the 3" lift knuckles pushes them out dont know if that would have anything to do with the problem.
