The problem with most LED replacement bulbs is that they look bright when you look at them head on, but cast less useful light forward than a halogen. If you only use your fogs as a decoration I suppose it'd be alright; but if you want a functional light beam I'd look for something else.
go to a place that sells and installs truck caps and ask for a "stop logic". Its a little silver box about 1 1/2 inches square with 3 spots to wire into, One goes to brake light on your camper and one goes to left signal and other goes to right signal. All done behind your taillights.
