... my house on the market. I hauled it to the dump and threw it away. I wish it was that easy, although I would have still had to pay somebody more money to weld it back together. Worst case scenario, I will probably try to find another muffler shop to reinstall a factory muffler for less than $150. ...

... people wouldn't know the difference between factory or not, especially if the Nav interface (vice radio interface) is pulled up. You will get your money back if and when you go to sell the vehicle.

... the cost IMO. I have the 5.3 and a gooseneck and used to tow a 3 horse trailer around 6k pounds and only got 9-10mpg with 3.73 gears. Save your money and buy an older 2500 just to tow your trailer

... I was told that there were no clamp ons and to weld it on (which added $65 to this debacle of a project). Now, not only am I out of pocket more money and just as bad (or worse off) I am going to have to cut this unit out like the factory because it's welded in.
