Haha I know what you mean. Well if you've got a few bucks in the bank, you can always buy and install one. That's a pretty penny right there though. Not sure it would be worth it to spend all that money and then burn the gears up doing burnouts
From combing through other forums, it seems that the Eaton G80 locking rear diff was factory equipment with the Z71 package starting in 2004. Before 2004, it was an optional piece of equipment. And since it isn't listed in your RPO codes, I'm afraid you don't have a locker.
Well I know my truck is a real z71 but it doesn't have a g80 rear end. I just thought if it was a z71 then it was required to have one. Maybe that was in later years. My dads old 2004 z71 silverado had a g80 and my freinds 2001 sierra z71 has one. Mine is the only z71 that I know of to not have a g80.

Well GT4 is for 3.73 gears. My truck has that. GT5 is 4.10 gears. You can google all your RPO codes in your glovebox and find out which one is for your rear end.
