Plasti-dipped my rear bowtie, pics to come in the AM. First time & I have say that I think it was harder to do than when I painted the front bowtie, but I was able to pull that one off and paint. Less risk with the plasti-dip since it is removable.
I went with a 18x9 with a -12 offset and it sits flush with the fender. My last truck was 2 inches outside the ender and it looked great, but if was dirty all the time and had chips in the paint.

Hate to be that guy...it looks AWESOME. But moisture will get behind there and rust out the wheel wells...should have just stuck to paint that wont chip or crack.
... with getting the yellow dots off I plan to wash it like usual and hit with a coat of Meguiar's Ultimate wash and wax(works great on the glass, paint, and chrome). Eventually I'll get around to doing my wheels then door jams and interior.

... north if they have any problems with rust on their new Silverado. If it's worth it, it would be fairly easy to get under the truck, rough up the paint and apply undercoating to any problem areas.
