I have DDM tuning in 6k 35W. I didnt initially get a relay, but after a couple weeks i noticed flickering on the DRL's and sometimes one side wouldnt come on at all. So I ordered a relay and should be here soon.

How does the relay harness hook up? Where? It's pretty easy basically you hook up one of the factory plugs to the harness (your switch) then the harness has 2 connectors one for each ballets. The last connection would be your power ...

After discussing it over with some people here at our facility its possibly a bad relay.

Yes i should of added it IS a relay harness...the relay i chose was a 15second delay relay so every time i un lock my truck at night the Hids wont ignite and then shut off and cause a hot start

Well it was he fuel pump. I replaced the pump relay, but was never hearing the pump priming when I turned the key on. I really do want to fix that obd port, I'll look into that lighter socket fuse, thanks guys!

The fuse is sized to blow just before you let the smoke out of the wiring harness, never install a fuse that is larger than the oem one. You might have to install a relay kit in and use the oem wiring to trigger it.
