Hi new to the site here. I have a 08 1500 z71 4x4 with the 5.3 with stainless headers, Volant CAI, flowmaster super 40. and i turned off the AFM with my superchips tuner on the performance setting. Ive heard thats a good idea all around. I go for a spin tomorrow and see if i notice anything different.
Plasti-dipped my rear bowtie, pics to come in the AM. First time & I have say that I think it was harder to do than when I painted the front bowtie, but I was able to pull that one off and paint. Less risk with the plasti-dip since it is removable.
Lol, yeah. I looked up your profile to saw your truck. I think I seen it down at the park (skate area) one day when I took my kid to ride his bike. You have the single stack in the bed? If so nice rig. I am more the rugged truck guy, but that was pretty sweet if that was yours.
