Mine worked flawlessly all day, if I run into problems I will look into a relay, Im hoping since I went with the 35W kit I wont have problems. Thanks for the links. Gas prices change your mind about mods?

So I never planned on getting a programmer for the Sierra, since I wasn't sold by the advantages of one from a cost standpoint. A cheap, used Predator programmer can add up to 100 HP to the Silverado (diesels rule, yes they do :D), and since the Silverado ...

Re: 2010 White Smoke from Tailpipe

Any signs of oil in the cooling system, or in and around the tailpipe? It must have gone somewhere... How many mls since you last checked it? You should get it towed to the next dealership and take a rental. I wouldn't drive it any more. You still have power train warranty right?

Re: Rough ride

... system. It wasn't designed to operate like that. Also the idler arm is an easy fix, just be sure they check the alignment after it is put on since you just got new treads on it. Ps, love the upside photos! Roflol

I thought about trying them out but decided to stay with my 3.73s especially since some time next year i'm doing the 6.0 swap to my truck. The gear swap for me would be free besides my personal time spent doing the work... I ...

Re: leveling kit bottom spacer vs top spacer

Ok. So I ended up getting the Ground Force upper spacers from PepBoys since I didn't want to wait any longer. My front definitely picked up 2 inches. But the front end alignment doesn't look off. Wondering if alignment is a major priority?

Re: 2002 sierra 4.8L engine ticking

I'd suspect you are having a misfire. There are lots of causes for this. since it is happening at high rpm's I'd check the fuel pressure to make sure the pump is supplying enough fuel. It sounds like the truck is running lean at higher rpm's, which is causing a misfire.

Re: Electrical issues with NBS silverado HELP

Holy cow, I hope they find it too. That sounds pretty dangerous. Please let us know if they come up with anything. I'm dying to find out since my truck is pretty similar. Sounds like this nightmare Malibu we worked on at the factory one time that took on a life of its own that we called Christine. ...
