Yeah, it would be covered by the repair shops warranty and by usaa's warranty, but if i have to take it to the shop on a regular basis for warranty work....i dont want to keep it. You could pay $200 more for the range device that disables v4... it is getting good reviews... most reporting no mpg difference and some even saying they are seeing gains. There's no warranty risk with the range device.
