2015 fox 2.5 coil over review

I would double check the diff drop bolts and clearance between your diff and crossmember. I also went over every bit and bolt an few hundred miles after the install.

When I brought it in they trimmed the cooling find a little more, said one of them was just touching. Still have both knocking and grinding noises. Could pinion angle be off that much to affect the driveshafts?

That does look just like mine. But it can also rub in the middle of the cross member. Where you have to cut a hole in it for the rough country drop kit. I had to file my diff housing a bit. Other than that I'm stumped. My truck has almost 5k on the set up. And my roommates has almost 10k on his without issues. .

I'm going to have them realign it today with my new wheels and tires and take another look at the crossmember. They had installed the ball joints on the bottom of the UCA originally and fixed it yesterday so I know my alignment is off.

Moog k599245 replacements. Looks like they are missing boots but they have a new internal snug fitting setup.

Here's a reference picture of the preload they shipped with

So I just went over the truck while it was on the lift. Looks like the diff is hitting the crossmember ever so slightly. Would explain the knocking noise over bumps and the clunking with 4wd engaged.
