Some thing old school low riders started back in the day when cruzing was still allowed. They would do it in the Impalas when swinging a corner.

Never seen it done in a full size truck. The side walls on those tires are so small looks like its riding on the rim.

Definitely not for me, but it still impresses me as to what people can dream up. Pretty interesting.

Chevy truck 3 wheeling?

Postby Jrluz14 » Jun 03 2011, 4:02pm

It's their lifestyle. Personally I love it and have always been into lowriders. Im a member on quite a few GM truck forums and it's funny how different the groups of people are from each other. They probably look at trucks from this site and say the exact same thing you guys say about theirs.

True, we are kind of a group of good 'ol 4 wheelin', fast drivin' fools. But I think we definitely respect and appreciate good craftsmanship and creativity. ;)

I think this site attracts more stock puritans than any other site. Just my observation.

+1 I've only been on this site for a short time now, but it definitely appears to me there are more "stock puritans" as WingNut stated than there are the super custom guys. I'm sure there are plenty of guys on here that have tricked out there trucks, but from what I've seen so far there is just a lot of very nice, very clean trucks with some minor but logical upgrades.

Personally, I'm looking to do just the basics: (when I finally buy my truck)
-6" lift
-DVD/Navigation with back up camera
-Tinted windows
-Maybe grille upgrade

That should do it for me!
Just bought 6/16/11: 2006 Silverado 2500HD, 6.6L Duramax turbo diesel, 4x4, crew cab, standard box, Bose system, leather
