OK, my tentative plan is:

4" Rough Country Lift Kit
20" XD monster wheels (black) +18 offset
295/55/20 Nitto Trail Grappler tires
Removing pinstripe
Adding color-matched escalade handles

Maybe:
Removing 4x4 decal
Removing step bar
Adding tow mirrors

Thanks everyone for the help so far. This is definitely going to look good when it's done. I'll be sure to post some pics.

1 more question:

A few weeks ago, the truck got a rather nasty scratch on its side (see pic). My two little boys were in the garage in the truck bed, using bungee cords to lift up their trike from the ground into the truck bed. Crazy kids! Anyway the trike scratched up the side of the truck. Is there an easy way to take care of scratches like this, or at least make them appear less noticeable?
