Postby TheFalcon [OP] » Feb 14 2017, 3:49am

So can't do rough county's lift kit because of my 17in rims. So what's everyones other go to choices for lifts 5in and above? Don't wanna break the bank either.

You won't find much for the same price as RCX. Zone is probably next up in the budget line, then you're moving towards their older Brother BDS, and then even higher level kits like Cognito, CTS, FTS, etc.

What do you call breaking the bank? Zone is about $1250, BDS another $500-$600 or more depending on options.

Zone and BDS are both owned by the same company, both good quality. Zone is a basic, get you lifted up and rolling. BDS does the same, but has more options for the lift, has all of the bells and whistles and a also a lifetime warranty.

You can't go wrong with Zone, BDS, or Cognito.

Alright going with the zone 4.5 lift. Saw somewhere a guy got this kit and stacked a leveling kit on the 4.5. I'm wanting to do the same with the end game of reaching a lift around 5 to 5.5in of lift. I see they sell leveling kits as upper strut spacers and as lower strut Spacers. What's the difference of upper over the lowers?

You should never combine kits like that. The lift will level the truck. If you want to go higher I'd look at an 1.25" or 1.5" body lift.

I concur with the previous posts...don't stack kits. Just go to the Zone 6" kit..
