popplng in steering wheel and vibration in front wheel

just bought a 2006 sierra a couple weeks ago,first got it everything was fine,as the days went on i noticed something in the left front tire that feels lose.Took back 5 times changed the left tie-rod end,rack,shocks,inter.shaft,and feels worse after all the parts were replaced.Already frustrated of guessing can someone help

Take the vehicle back to the repair shop who has been working on it and take them for a test drive.
