WOW.... ok to get out of the yard, it was great, but when I got on the road, the RPM went up to 3000 between gear changes... but although I had lots of power and torque for the initial launch, it was brutal afterwards!!! The truck was sluggish and I felt like it was held back..
So I took the tow/haul mode off... Then everything was smooth and nice, the truck didn't seem to be under load at all.
So my questions:
- Should I use the Tow/Haul Mode when driving my RV around?
- Is it because my RV is "light" compared to the towing capacity that I got that feeling? And by such the Tow/Haul is not needed for my RV?
- Is there a problem driving the RV on the regular tranny mode and using the 5th and 6th OD gears?
