No problems reproted here. I have 34k miles on mine and it should be trouble-free as long as you keep up on the preventative maintenance.

No problems at 34,500 miles. It's an '09. But I'm curious... Is this the first automatic transmission vehicle you have ever owned or considerd? How did the tranny's on the othes work out for you? I think your own personal history says a lot more about what you can expect than the history of some strangers. If you have had good luck with past automatics it's probably because you took care of them. If not, you may want to examine your ideas of what constitutes proper maintenance.
Our 2004 corvette with the 4l60E trans has seen both "routine" driving and some track time. The transmission is doing just fine. I would expect no less from this truck. Glen

the 4l60e is probably the finest automatic transmission ever built, highly refined since the 700R4 days. It should last you a lifetime if you don't tow excessive loads.
