97 silverado won't shift

I was goin down the road at about 55 one day an it just threw itself in neutral so it seemed.... it has park but has no reverse drive and 1st 2nd 3rd hear......I thought it was the torque converter so I replaced it and it didn't fix the problem. I got a code scanner and it says torque converter clutch solenoid circuit what is this??
