So i just got my truck a 96 sierra 4.3 2WD and noticed when i turn right the rear right tire spins but not left,( it does this in snow rain and dry pavment if im lucky enough to break it loose ) on both my freinds silverados both rears spin. when you make a left and right ones a 5.7 2WDthe other a 5.3 2WD if that makes a diffrence. My question is is this normal for the posi or should the left one spin to? if its not any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to the site, what happens when you turn left ??

If you have a posi or locker your inside wheel should spin on a turn. Nothing abnormal as you describe your driving conditions.

Nothing happens when i turn left it's normal and doesnt spin, if i have posi shouldnt it spin even a little when i turn left?

maybe a hanging brake line?

No, that wouldn't be normal.

On both my old 97 Sierra and my new 03 Sierra, usually the right wheel is the first to spin.
