Thanks gator. Truck handles fine. Brake fade is a problem if I get on them hard. Power is great thanks to 4.88 gears, diablo intune, and 6.2l burning e85.

I will have to check on the rpms again as I have forgot. It launches like a boss. Haven't come across anything yet that can beat me through the intersection.

So with the regear, are you still on the Eaton E locker, or a different one? I'm looking to do a regear to 4.10's before July and was curious if while I'm in there it makes sense to switch out the locker as well. I know as far as drive line off-road the locker is probably the weakest link when you start getting to 35's and up. And I'm planning on going to 35's when I kill my current tires. The Eaton locker comes in like a jack hammer, I'm not surprised they break them!

Yes. Only thing changed was ring and pinion. I ran the gov lock in my 89 K5 with 35's. Everyone said it wouldn't hold up but I beat on that old truck for years and never had an issue with the locker.

Ok I know if I was spending big money I could get a ARB air locker, or a detroit locker, but I dont want a spool, and I want something I cant have fun with and not cringe when it kicks in like this Eaton E Locker. Anyone else know what I'm talking about with the locker kicking in like a sledge hammer.

Installed an Eonon touch screen and dashcam. Definitely a lot louder with the new head unit. Very simple install. Plug and play.

Cool! I like that! What sort of dash cam is hooked up to it? Does it record the video?

How is the start up time on that unit? And what sort of cost? Assuming you are also hooked into a rear camera for backup...wondering how long it takes to turn on so you can see when backing.

Oh...also, what color is the back lighting at night? Seems a lot of those were red vs the factory blue/aqua
