So I'm pretty sure I have a wheel bearing that is bad with the sensor but I can't get it fixed right now but would love to find a way to stop the chime everytime the abs light comes on and off. Is there a fuse I can pull for that?
I have the same thing..right side sensor is cooked.. I just let it ding.. But if you want to kil it, you can pull the ABS fuse. It's in the fuse box under the hood, check your manual for exact location. One thing about pulling that, when you start the truck it dings for 10 seconds because ABS isn't working. You still have regular brakes, but they could lock up. The 10 second dinging is mind-numbing in the morning before going to work. That's why I've learned to live with the less occassional light on/off dings..
