Just changed the fuel filter about two weeks ago and i haven't had a chance to get ahold of fuel pressure tester. The truck runs fine after you rev it up or let it idle for awhile. How do i get one of these techs?

I have taken the upper manifold off and the lower is wet with gas, not sure if the injectors are leaking or if this is normal.

It should not be wet with raw gasoline, that's for sure. The spider injectors are known for going bad, but I'm not sure if raw fuel in the intake is a typical symptom of that happening or not.

Is the whole lower intake wet with gas or just the back part of the intake. If it is just the back part it could be the fpr but i would turn the ignition on with the upper intake off and look closely at the spider and where the fpr is. If it is the fpr you can buy a new delphi unit from amazon for 170-200 bux compared to most parts places want 300+

Evap solenoid is also a possible problem
My truck ran as suck too but when I got a code reading evap emissions, changed gas cap, no vacuum leaks then changed the solenoid when the code came up again and fixed the prob
