Having a bear of a time removing the CC cable from the TB! The accelerator cable was easy and the Haynes manual was very descriptive of it. But, it just says "remove the accelerator cable" with no description. Help me out folks! Thanks!

I'm assuming it just screws out. I'm not sure if that is for adjustment purposes or not.
