Not much, maybe around 10 hp at the most I would think. The stock airbox/filter from GM runs a lot of air through there already, so the intake tube doesn't do too much except turn up the volume when you hit the throttle. As far as exhaust goes, you'd need to do a complete overhaul starting at the headers in order to notice anything significant.

If you do get a tuner you will see much larger gains proven on the dyno the current mods will compliment a good tune nicely.

Many threads on this...

I will just say after doing all the research, you will not see very many gains for your dollar.

That being said, I will be getting a programmer a high flow filter that is reusable, and maybe a High flow Muffler.

Reasoning...

Programmer - Reprogram tire size.
High Flow Air filter- Just makes sense to reuse than to purchase more.
High Flow Muffler - For a little more aggressive sound.

With all these additions I am expecting at best 20HP and maybe 1 or 2 MPGs. Most likely will get maybe 10HP and NO MPG gain.

After a tuner I'd say you've gained probably 8 unicorn power.
