Sorry. Not enough information to help you. What year? What engine?

The only "common" thing that comes to mind is water in the fuel. Then that water would surround the #7 or #8 fuel inj and cause a miss. But that situation DOES cause the engine light to come on witha P0300 misfire code. You say you have no light? That to me shounds like maybe an engine mount problem?

A few weeks ago I also had a rough idle and no code or anything.
I had a broken wire from the air flow sensor.

Greetings from Germany

I will look into the engine mount, the wire from the MAF i looked at that and no damage. It seems to get worse the longer it stays still, I do not feel any kind of jerk or anything while driving

Check the IAC (idle air control) located on the right hand side of the throttle body, it's probably got carbon build up. Clean it with throttle body cleaner. I had an idle problem, too. It idles like it's supposed now that I cleaned the IAC.

Your engine's knock sensors will cause it to idle rough when it is cold (same thing happened on my dad's Yukon). Usually you will get a code for them... You can even try disconnecting the wiring harness for the knock sensors to see if that helps (never tried it). The knock sensors are under the intake manifold.
When I was doing my dad's Yukon one of the sensors was so corroded I had to drill two holes in it and use my needle nose pliers to twist it out because the nut stripped.
