I couldn't agree more. They have always been great guys (the company I work for does our fleet service through them), and this is just great customer service. It's good to know that they are honest and reliable. Our last serviceing company would have been far far less diligent.

I used to be an automotive technician and can tell you first hand: If you find a technician you trust, you need to stay with them. I worked with some that were less than honest.
