GM customer service advisor could you also run my VIN and let me know if I can take it in for any TSB or recall information needed. Im having huge problems with it going into reduced power mode, luckily I haven't had it happen turning across a intersection.. its my only transportation so I cant park it. Thanks
Most GM reps have no access to TSB bulletins according to the last one I spoke with via telephone but you can as your dealer to run a vin check that for whatever reason they can see the TSB's but the GM reps can not. I wonder why?
We do not have access to provide information regarding service bulletins or TSB's to customers. You must speak with your dealership regarding any TSB inquiries. A TSB is not a recall or special coverage, but is a guideline for the technicians at the dealership to properly repair that vehicle concern. As Jennifer mentioned, we'd be glad to check your VIN for any open recalls or service announcements.
