well i hit a big puddle on the road right by my house and i think water got in my air filter. It didnt studder untill later will it was like 500ft down the road when i hit this puddle and the i got home shut the trck off wait for my friends then we went to the beer store and when i started it up it ran till i got on the road and gave it gas it was like studered didnt want to go. idk if that was from hitting the puddle or what never happened till then so thats what i was think it was.

Check the plug wires and coils.. might be shorting because of the water. Seen this a bunch of times. But should stop once they dry out.

yea it stopped later down the road. i was just wandering if anyone knew what was happening

Ouch. Do you have a cold air kit, with a more exposed air filter?
Hopefully it's just the shorted out wires like mbreener said.

i dont have a CAI but i have a open filter from my k&n i had on my old truck

ok well it stopped then it started today and it didnt rain or anything today. so idk what it is maybe i need new plugs wire and coil packs idk anyideas

Try a TBS !
My advice would be to start simple, like you're doing- no need to buy expensive parts if you haven't tried the basic things first.
