I dont know about that. Because a dyno test can have a variant of different reasons for why the results will very. The biggest one being climate. Unless there were no changes at all during both tests then saying that synthetic oil increases horse power is farce. Even vehicles of the same type with same setup will show different results. The TBS can increase power and efficiency due to it allowing more air to be accumulated in the intake. Kind of the same thing as a cold air intake only instead of condensing the air it is pressurizing it. So now you have cooled and pressurized air being combusted. Not saying it will be extremely significant but i can only see it being more so than using a synthetic oil.
Also changing from a regular oil to a synthetic accumulates sludge and build up in the engine. I just had the valve covers off my truck and its at 133K with no sludge. Ill stick with what works.
