Here is how the copyright works as long as the owner of the graphic is cited or the logo is different in any way (say the bowtie has rights by itself if you do a bowtie with flames in it that is now your design to copyright) also the only time a copyright is able to sue for money is if it was profited say It costs me $2 dollars to make and I sell it to you for $10 thats not legal but it would be me the maker that could risk being sued because you payed me but I didn't pay the copyright. As I have previously mentioned I am willing to make the decals non profit and mail them just because I am a fan too. If you payed for the materials I would cut and mail. The down fall is I need like 20 people wanting it to make it cheap. I have already had a few guys leave me a message to be on the list but no logo has been given to me yet and its on hold until I get an ok from silveradosierra
