Wouldn't each hub be different measurements?

No it will not fit. They have a different bolt pattern.

that all depends on what series and year we're talking about. the lugs may or may not match up, but another variable is the hub diameter.

after doing some quick comparisson thanks to the folks at tire rack, the gm bolt pattern is 6x139, and henry's bolt pattern is 6x135.

so, i will have to go ahead and say no, this concept will not work.

and besides, why?!

I should have said that they are not Ford wheels but custom wheels on a Ford truck for sale.

This makes this much more acceptable....a factory Furd wheel should never grace a GM.

I saw a Caddy the other day with Audi wheels. Besides brand loyalty issues it just looked messed up. Custom wheels are another story though, sad to hear these probably won't fit.
