ok so i figured out the lug pattern and the negative offset will make the tire stick out more.... but will they rub and will they stick out past the fenders?

The -12's will rub with just a leveling kit. My truck has a 0 offset and I had to trim quite a bit but it wasn't bad. The +12's probably wouldn't rub but wont stick out probably.

What size tire are you running? i plan on keeping 265/65/18 so maybe ill go with 0 offset i dont want a + i think it would look weird?

running stock tires you should be fine even running a -12 offset but the biggest concern isnt your offset its your back spacing.
