Terra grappler tire pressure

Terra grappler tire pressure

Postby StarsnBars [OP] » Mar 10 2011, 1:10am

I have the 285/65/18 Nitto terra's . Was wondering what tire pressures anyone else running this tire brand put in there tires. I'm running 41lbs in front and 43 lbs in rear right now for regular in town driving. They seem a tad soft. Thought I would try to get a average from any input from this post. Thanks,,

I normally go by what that the tire manufacture rates it at on the sidewall of the tire. Im not sure what that would be on that specific tire though
Crap, my hampster fell off the wheel and it broke its leg.

Talk to the dealer where you bought the tires. They are the experts and the same guys who will honor any warranty. Do NOT call them, talk to them in person.

Thanks for the info fellas. I bought the tires online and there's quite a range of air pressure for them. I did bump up to 45 front , 47 rear yesterday and they feel more in tune with the truck. Here's a link with info. I guess I'll try different pressures and bump up alittle more pulling my camper. http://www.tirebuyer.com/tirebuyerwicke ... tem/132711

I run 40psi in my tires. Thats what Discount Tire recommended. I think they feel great running down the interstate at that pressure.
