Tire/wheel combination

I have a 91 Silverado(reg. cab)and want to lower it (4-6 inches)what size of wheels can I go too and would there be an offset required to go to a bigger tire/rim combo.Is there anyone else with a 91 that has changed their wheels and could give me some advice on this matter,Thanks Silverfox

I would guess you could stuff 20's... maybe 22's under there but that will take a tire shop or someone on here with more knowledge about back spacing and what tire width would fit. Offset and tire width will be what makes the difference between rubbing and no rub
