My brother in law just got a 2" lvl kit for his silverado and went with 325/60/18 right at 33" and they fit perfect

I went with the 2.5 inch TGC lift, new 18" rims and 285/65's. Perfect fit. It does get awfully close when it comes to full lock though.

Yup, most guys will do a 285/65/18 tire. Seems to work the best, with minimal impact to your speedometer. Great fit with no trimming.

Thanks for all the responses. I figured that the 285/65/18 would be the majic number but now i know.

Hm recently had issues with my 285's, I have the 2.5 TGC lift. Its settled now after 500 miles or so. The driver side tire is rubbing on the inner wheel well when i turn all the way left.... The other side doesnt if i turn right, no idea why. Right above the cv axle is exactly where im talking about just FYI. I'll probably just cut that little section off....

ok so i went with the 2.5" top of the strut spacer and it jacked the front up to high IMO so i went and bought a 1" lift spacer for the rear and worked out perfectly. Sitting on stock 265/65/18 in this pic. Still waiting to get some new shoes but i think im leaning towards a 295/65/18. Image

truck looks good i think 295/65/18s might rub when turnred lock to lock you might have some slight trimming to do.

especially while backing up. For some reason that's when tires like to rub the most
