Anyone else get a recall for their brakes? My 2014 sierra denali has one that was just put out a few days ago, apparently its something to do with the vacuum pump, going into the dealer on Thursday to get it taken care of, couldn't find a link so I copied and pasted from my gmc acct.

My truck as well. I haven't received anything as yet either, but I'm "rural mail delivery," and it takes 8 days around here for a letter to go 50 miles.

Apparently if your truck is optioned with a power sliding rear and rear defrost, there is a possibility of some kind of short if the window channel fills with crud and can start a possible fire. Gm has no fix and just pulls the rear defrost fuse until they have a resolution.

It always makes me wonder when they are having a recall on a critical safety component on trucks or cars that have already been on the road for 5 years.
