I hear the water flowing in park as well. Nothing has helped.

My fathers 89 did this for years. Even after replacing heater cores.

If your heat works, trucks not over heating, and not loosing coolant. I wouldn’t worry

I only loss very little. Like maybe a quart in about 6 to 8 months later. No leaks that i have found. I only drive the truck about 3000 to 4000 miles in about 18 to 24 months. Just a weekend truck.

Well folks her is the lastest news. Drove an entire weekend with the heater core bypassed. Got back. Didn't drive truck for about 4 days. Reconnected heater core, top off coolant tank, let truck run for about 30 mins. And to my surprise the flowing water soond is gone. No idea why.
