Catch Can with Factory Fittings

Catch Can with Factory Fittings

Postby Frank4202 [OP] » Aug 22 2020, 2:35am

Looking for a catch can with the factory style PCV fittings. Only one Ive found so far is UPR. Seems kinda expensive so I was wondering if theres any other companies with factory fittings.

RX cans come with factory fittings. I had one on my 17 and it was top notch quality.

Pretty sure I saw Elite having one, too. Didn’t get one, though. Works fine without them, too.

JLT and UPR use factory-like quick connects but they are not exactly OEM. OEM goes on and off smoothly, both UPR and JLT are true challenge to remove. JLT had even more issues with o-rings folding despite oiling them lightly. Elite with compression clamps is the easiest and secure. I finally was told by a dealer to remove a catch can from my Yukon but Elite is good quality. My neighbor uses Tracy’s can and it a very good quality too with no clamps, just push-on.
