CA is basically it’s own country. CO is kinda copy catting, even with the weeds.

UPDATE:..............I went back today to the emissions testing place after driving without activating my Range AFM delete module for a week; which would up being about 325 miles and probably 20 or so start ups and shut downs. The 3 parameters that read "not ready" last week, all read "ready" today, and my truck passed.

Good news! I wouldn't think a 2016 would be an issue, but you never can tell with these dumb rules and laws they put into effect.

Only like 10-12 counties of the 102 counties in; "The Peoplez Republik or Illinoiz" require this.............

I"m about 1/2 mile from not needing to do this...............

Remember this in November.........
