Why Ebay? Are you going for cheap?

Here's the Diode Dynamics web page with LED bulbs for your truck. They're more expensive then most, but not as expensive as some. Often you get what you pay for....but many members have had good luck with less expensive and "off" brands.

Negative. I'm just trying to gather some information prior to purchasing a LED or other front light kit. I'm going to redo all the lights in the front because the right head light is flickering currently. I was originally thinking HID but my coworker said he changed to LED and likes it better.

whatever you do - avoid Rigidhorse like the plague.

150% crap. was one of the brands i went thru while expierementing with amazon led's.

thankfully with amazon, even if the mfg/vendor bails on you - you can still get your $$ back on any product thats within warranty.

Well, it's either flickering because the bulb is going bad, or perhaps you have a bad ground somewhere.
If it's just a bad bulb, change it with a normal stock replacement until you make a decision on what improvements or mods you are looking into. Doesn't make sense to operate with a defective bulb.

I switched to my stock light bulb and it was constant no flicker.

The following is all based on my experience with Amazon and eBay bulbs. Unless you go with one of the name brands you're not going to be particularly happy and neither are the other drivers. Diode Dynamics was mentioned above, they have a great product for reflector style housings. I have a 30$ set of "100 watt" LEDs as my high beams and while they're bright, they're all over the place. Why they're in my high instead of low. That said, they aren't flickering yet but I also don't use my high beams that often. I have an Opt7 set of bulbs in my fogs and i've replaced them several times in the last 18 months. Once the warranty is up i'm going to replace them with something else, probably the Diode Dynamic amber fog.

I have use the LED bulb assemblies with 5 little bulbs https://proxy.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.superbrightleds.com%2Fimages%2Fuploads%2F194-nwhp5.jpg&f=1&nofb=1 in some of my markers they all started flickering within a month. i switched all the 194 bulbs to a Phillips LED https://proxy.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi5.walmartimages.com%2Fasr%2Fc55b006c-babc-4b79-851d-0f094154fd8a_1.fe7f8c8440cd8fd072f3e68d9872f454.jpeg%3FodnHeight%3D450%26odnWidth%3D450%26odnBg%3Dffffff&f=1&nofb=1 and they work great. Tail light/brake lights i switched to Morimoto bulbs and they are bright and work reliably. I had the Amazon bulb with 100 little LEDs https://proxy.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fecx.images-amazon.com%2Fimages%2FI%2F51Hi30Q5rDL._SY300_.jpg&f=1&nofb=1 per assembly and again they started flickering in about a month. My low beams are HID conversions using the Denali housing and the Morimoto Mini H1 v.7 projector with their 55 watt ballast. I'm happy with them but they're obvious HID and not the LEDs you requested. It also took WAY to long to get a full setup that worked reliably. I replaced 4 igniters through Morimoto before they fired every time.

Not sure this is a direct answer to your question but I will echo the comment above, you will get what you pay for. After all the mistakes I've made in LED conversions I should have just gone with a known brand and been happy up front.

Edit: In the 2001 you won't have issues with flickering from the wiring harness. These older trucks don't have the computer controlled lights the newer trucks have. There's a relay in the fuse box powering the low beams and a 15 amp fuse per side. Any LED you stick in there will work. If it flickers it's bulb quality and not the chassis wiring. IF you upgrade your turn signals you will have hyper flash. You can either upgrade the turn signal relay assembly (there's a part number I can look up if you ask) or just install the hyper flash correcting things most companies offer. I did the LED relay upgrade in my truck and really like it.
