Replace A/C stretch belt with belt tensioner

Change the stretch belt with a normal belt + tensioner on 09 and up 8 cylinder engines

That I could see it messing up because generally believe it or not, your engine usually stops in the same spot. The shop I work at works on US postal service trucks a lot and we do a lot of flexplates on them because they constantly start them and stop them. They will only have 5 teeth that are wore out and the rest are fine.

Heres the long overdue pics. You can see the AC compressor on the left and the harmonic balancer on the right. Underneath you can see the bracket where the AC tensioner goes

As promised I will post my pictures as well. Just took my truck on a 400 mile trip to north Carolina over the past 5 days. I have put over 1000 miles on it driving with the a/c on pretty much the whole time, no problems. Highly recommend doing this
