Can you add HomeLink/Garage opener to the 2019/2020 Trucks

Postby Remington Jones [OP] » Oct 19 2019, 2:54pm

I recently picked up a 2019 SIlverado LT. I've read that the homelink module for the previous body style was pretty much plug and play if you wanted to add it to a truck that didn't come with it. Has anyone added the garage door module to the newer body style?

I added it to my 2015. The wiring was all there. Bought the overhead console from a junkyard equipped with the Homelink buttons for about $50. Plug and play.
