Screw or Bolt Loose and rolling around

Screw or Bolt Loose and rolling around

Postby Medic502 [OP] » Sep 11 2019, 12:42am

There is something that has come loose in this compartment... The section where store glasses and turn on inside lights.
I initially thought something was in the defrost vent. But had my daughter help me determine it was here. Rolling around and driving me crazy sounds like a bolt or screw.
Is this hard to get into?

Not hard. Seems I remember it has a couple of screws and then snaps in.

I got it... Just pops out. Thanks though.
There was a black screw laying in there and rolling around. I couldn't see where it came from though.

Check your shark fin antenna to make sure it is tight. That’s about the only thing I can think of up there.

Hopefully it wasn't the one screw that holds the body onto the frame...

I also had the same issue. Black screw above the sunglasses console. Dealer checked everywhere. We finally all agreed a factory worker just tossed on up there???
