3.5mm Aux port problems

When listening to the radio the AUX source channel will randomly come on for a second (nothing is plugged in), sometimes it will stay on and I'll have to tap the dashboard to get it to go back to the radio source.
2013 Silverado 1500 4x4 Z71, HD towing/cooling package
Running winter tires this season, crazy amounts of traction.

The solder connection is likely broken. You will need to pull the radio and open it up and resolder it.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, it is an electrical problem

I did this to my truck, it was easy, and it fixed my problem. Just take your time
